Booking a visit

Google Calendar collects the contact and job information you provide through the booking page, creates your appointment, and sends booking emails. The business uses these details to arrange and provide service.

The selected estimate job and description are temporarily kept in this browser tab for the calculator. The draft expires on the next read after 30 minutes. Contact/address form fields are not saved in that draft. Closing the tab clears its tab storage. This draft is not automatically sent to Google's booking form.

When you use Google's booking page, Google's privacy practices also apply. The website does not request your Google password.

Emergency and after-hours requests

The request form sends your name, phone, email, service address, and issue description through Web3Forms to the business inbox for manual follow-up. Web3Forms processes submissions and applies its own retention policy. Sending a request does not confirm dispatch or an appointment.

Provide only information needed to describe the plumbing job. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive information in a request.

Estimates and payments

The planning calculator runs in your browser. Its estimate is not a final quote. Payments are handled through the business's QuickBooks invoice; this website does not collect card or bank information.

Hosting and basic traffic reports

The hosting provider processes technical information necessary to serve the site. If enabled by the business, Cloudflare Web Analytics reports aggregate visits, viewed pages, referral sources, device types, and page performance. Do not put customer details in page links. This website does not use an advertising tracking system.
